The delivery is carried out with DHL Express. We try to keep delivery times as quick as possible. For all items on stock, we sent out in 48 hours from online order. If item is not on stock we will contact you about the delivery time, normal turn around time is 2-4 days. Delivery dates do no exceed 30 days unless customer wishes so. Delivery costs are charged at time of order based on method of delivery and based on customer’s address. When delivering outside EU, ZAN Projectiles( Žan Šude s.p.) is not responsible for any customs charges of customer’s country.

Once goods are handed out to delivery service ( DHL or DPD) Zan projectiles( Žan Šude s.p.) is not any more responsible for any lost or underlivered products. It is buyer responsibility solving any problems with delivery service.
